Pets' Station Rewards Programme

1. Eligibility
All EzRewards members are eligible to participate in the Pets’ Station Rewards Programme with their existing concession/ ez-link card that has been registered with EzRewards. (Registration can be done at www.ezrewards.com.sg).

2. Membership Details
When signing up for EzRewards, members shall provide their contact details for registration and future communication purposes.

3. Pets' Station Rewards Validity Period
Pets’ Station Rewards points earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31 December of that year, and shall be extended for an additional six (6) months for redemption of outstanding points. Pets’ Station Holding Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the validity period at any time at their discretion and without prior notice. All Pets’ Station Rewards points cannot be transferred between accounts and different registered concession/ ez-link cards.

4. Conditions of Points' Rewards Programme

  • 4.1 Pets' Station Rewards points shall be available for registered members upon the presentation of the registered concession/ ez-link card, in accordance with the terms and conditions, with purchase before payment.

  • 4.2 Grooming Services, Normal Price and Promotional Price items are eligible for Pets' Station Rewards points. Normal Price item at $1 to 1 point and Promotional Price item at $10 to 1 point.

  • 4.3 Pets' Station Rewards points are not applicable to purchases of the following brands: Friskies, Snappy Tom, Whiskas, Snappy, Divine, Fancy Feast, Pedigree, Cesar, Fussie Cat, Heartguard, Panalog, Baneocin, Revolution; subject to change.

  • 4.4 Livestock and pets such as Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Hamsters and other live animals are not eligible for Pets' Station Rewards points.

  • 4.5 Purchases made through the home delivery service (63631121) and online shopping portal (www.petsstation.com.sg) are not eligible for Pets' Station Rewards points.

5. Conditions for Points Redemption

  • 5.1 Redemption of Pets' Station Rewards points shall be made available to registered members upon the presentation of a registered concession/ ez-link card in accordance with the terms and conditions.

  • 5.2 The registered member shall personally attend to all redemption of Pets' Station Rewards points at Pet's Station outlets.

  • 5.3 The list of items that may be redeemed with the programme and the number of Pets' Station Rewards points required for the redemption of the respective rewards shall be determined by Pets' Station Holding Pte Ltd. Pets' Station Holding Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the amount of Pets' Station Rewards points required for redemption at any time at their discretion and without prior notice to the registered members.

  • 5.4 Pets' Station shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged concession/ ez-link cards and the Pets' Station Rewards points shall be forfeited upon report of any lost, stolen or damaged cards.

  • 5.5 Upon redemption, Pets' Station Rewards points may not be exchanged for cash or other products or services. Refunds for or replacements of Pets' Station Rewards points shall not be entertained.

6. Rewards Programme

  • 6.1 By participating in this programme, the member is deemed to have read, understood, accepted and be bound by all terms and conditions of the programme herein.

  • 6.2 Members shall update any change of personal details.

  • 6.3 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with the concession/ ez-link card under this programme, the transaction records of Pets' Station relating to this programme shall be deemed conclusive and binding on the member.

  • 6.4 Pets' Station Holding Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any erroneous crediting or debiting of or failure to credit or debit Pets' Station Rewards points, any duplicate transactions, any loss of accumulated Pets' Station Rewards points or any other loss whatsoever suffered by the member whether as a result of any breakdown, failure of any machine, data processing or any reason whatsoever.

  • 6.5 In the event of a technical fault or malfunction of the system or a temporary suspension of the programme, Pets' Station Rewards points conferred by the use of the concession/ ez-link card will not be issued.

7. Termination

  • 7.1 Pets' Station Holding Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Pets' Station Rewards Programme at any time.

  • 7.2 Pets' Station Holding Pte Ltd reserves the right, at their discretion, to revoke the member's right to participate in the Pets' Station Rewards Programme and to forthwith cancel the Pets' Station Rewards points in the member's account, without prior notice to the member, in the event the member abuse the Pets' Station Rewards Programme in any manner whatsoever (which shall be determined by Pets' Station Holding Pte Ltd in their sole and absolute discretion).
