01. What is EzRewards?

EzRewards is a loyalty programme that aims to reward concession and ez-link cardholders like yourself every time you use your registered concession or ez-link card to pay for purchases at over 105 Community Clubs, 7-Eleven, Cold Storage, Giant,
Guardian Health & Beauty, Shop N Save, SMRT Taxis and a rapidly expanding list of over 6,000 Payment Partners.

Starting 10 August 2010, PAssion EzRewards members will get rewarded for using their PAssion ez-link card for public transportation.

02. How do I qualify?

To qualify as a Star EzRewards member, simply accumulate 15,000 points monthly* to enjoy Star Buys at Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian Health & Beauty and Shop N Save.

*Earning 15,000 points entitles the members to qualify for promotions and discounts for the current month (+ 2 days from date of last spending) as well as the next month

03. How to enjoy Star Buys?

Step 1: Inform cashier that you are a Star EzRewards member
Step 2: Taps registered concession or ez-link card
Step 3: DFG (Singapore) Cashier scans Star Buys purchased
Step 4: Pay with concession or ez-link card or other mode of payment

04. How does enjoying Star Buys affect my EzRewards Point balance?

There is no effect; the qualification is based on points earned in the month, not the point balance.

Additionally, there will not be points burning while you enjoy the Star Buys. This is to maximize your privileges as a Star EzRewards member.

05. Can I use TapForMore Points to pay for Star Buys?

Yes, as long as your balance Points in your account are valid, you can use it to offset any amount of your purchase at the participating stores.

06. Who is eligible for EzRewards?

EzRewards welcomes all CEPAS compliant concession and ez-link cardholders to enjoy all the benefits of being a member with the exception of the following cards:

  1. Single trip cards
  2. Selected corporate cards
  3. Park N Ride cards
  4. Cards that have not been activated with stored value
  5. GIRO-linked cards
  6. Non-CEPAS complaint ez-link cards
  7. NETS FlashPay

07. Why do I need to provide personal information during registration?

EzRewards aims to provide a personalized membership where our partners and us can customise promotions and rewards that are relevant to you. That's why we need your accurate personal information and your concession/ez-link card number.

08. Is it possible to register more than 1 ez-link card for EzRewards?

Yes, it is possible to register up to 2 concession and/or ez-link cards to your account.

However, only the first CEPAS card that is registered will be awarded with 10,000
EzRewards Points.

09. How long do I have to wait for my transactions to be reflected in my EzRewards account?

Please note that from 20 Nov 2008, all transactions made at PaymentLink's partners will be reflected in the members' transaction account within 3 working days of the transactions made. Before 20 Nov, only transactions that are eligible for lucky draws are reflected.

As of 10 Aug 2010, all EzRewards transactions for public transportation will be reflected in the member’s transaction account within 3 working days of the transactions made. EzRewards points for public transportation fare transactions are exclusive to PAssion ez-link cardholder only.

10. How can I earn EzRewards Points?

Simply Register your concession and/or ez-link card today and earn 10,000 EzRewards Points. From 01 May 2009, every time you pay with or top up your registered concession and/or ez-link card at our Payment Partners, you will earn more EzRewards Points*.

Starting 10 August 2010, PAssion EzRewards members will get rewarded for using their PAssion ez-link card for public transportation.

11. Where can I check my EzRewards Points?

Your EzRewards Points will be reflected when you login to your EzRewards account.

*Please allow 2 days for transactions and EzRewards Points to be reflected in your account.

12. Can I transfer my EzRewards Points to another card?

Transfer of EzRewards Points is strictly not allowed.

The only instance when EzRewards Points will be automatically transferred from your old to new card is when you first replace your old ez-link card with the new CEPAS card.

13. Is my SMRT/UOB/Bank related ez-link card is valid for EzRewards?

The following cards will not be able to be registered for/earn EzRewards Points:

  1. Single trip cards
  2. Selected corporate cards
  3. Park N Ride cards
  4. Cards that have not been activated with stored value
  5. GIRO-linked cards
  6. Non-CEPAS complaint ez-link cards
  7. NETS FlashPay

At this present time GIRO top-up enabled ez-link cards will not be accepted at retail outlets. If you wish to use these cards at the retail outlets, you would have to disable the ez-link cards from your bank GIRO top-up facility.

But by doing so, you will not enjoy the convenience of auto top-ups at transit terminal. Such is the procedure to prevent fraud and theft of your GIRO-link cards.

However, if you hold one of the credit card link Auto Top-Up cards that was activated before Sep 2007, please kindly proceed to the General Ticketing Machines at MRT stations to do a cash top-up before using it at our partners

14. I changed my concession or ez-link card/ My concession or ez-link card is damaged/lost/stolen and I want to register a new card.

Please contact us with following details:

  1. Registered name
  2. NRIC
  3. Registered email address
  4. Registered card number
  5. Date of Birth

Upon which within 5 working days of receiving the above information, we will process the change. You will then be informed to login into your account to re-link your new ez-link card.

Please note that the transactions you made after registration will not be retrieved. The old cards will be de-linked and blacklisted, meaning that it cannot be used to register or earn chances for EzRewards in the future. However, it can still be used for purchases at retail and transport.

Please also remember to inform TransitLink at 1800-2255663 if your card is lost or stolen.

15. Why do I need to give you my details again in order for you to tag me to a new card?

This is a standard procedure which will help us to verify the identity of the member. We will document the information with the request made by a member for reference.

16. I have registered the wrong email address thus did not receive my activation code.

Please contact us with following details:

  1. Registered name
  2. NRIC
  3. Registered email address
  4. Registered card number
  5. New email address

Upon verification, the change will be processed within 5 working days. After the change, you can click on Forget password for your new password to be sent to your email. You can then login with the correct email and the new password. Upon login, you are recommended to change your password.

17. I want to change my registered email add.

You can change your registered email address after login. Just change your email address under edit profile.

18. I have registered for EzRewards but can't seem to login.

A complete registration process requires you to activate your account. Upon submitting your registration online, an activation email will be sent to your registered email (either in inbox or spam/junk folder). Please link on the link in the email to activate your account.

19. I need the activation email to be re-sent to me.

You can login to EzRewards portal where you will be prompted for your activation code if you have not activated your account. On the same page in small print, you can click on it to get your activation email re-send to your registered email address.

20. I registered my Jurong Point Shiok ez-link card but it was stated that my card number is invalid.

          

You may have registered your loyalty number (which can be found on the front of the card).
For EzRewards registration, we will need your ez-link card number (which can be found on the back of the card).

21. I had registered some time back but no activation code was sent to me yet. How long does the activation code take to send to me?

1. Activation email is sent to you the minute that you submit your registration.

2. Do check your spam/junk mail folder as it might be diverted to your spam/junk mail folder by your email client or email provider.

3. Another possibility that you did not receive your activation email would be that you might have mis-spelt your email address. We need the following details to change your email address to the correct one:

  • Registered name
  • NRIC
  • Registered card number
  • Email address
  • Date of Birth

Upon verification, the change will be processed within 5 working days. After the change, you can click on "Forget password" for your new password to be sent to your email. You can then login with the correct email and the new password. Upon login, you are recommended to change your password.

22. There have been repeated error messages when I tried to sign up/ login.

You are recommended to clear the cookies and temporary internet files from your internet browser before you attempt to sign up or login again.

How to clear your browser's cookies.
Open your Internet Explorer and follow the instructions below:
(Please note that while deleting your cookies may resolve the problem, it will also remove your saved settings for sites you've previously visited.)

Click on the "Tools" menu.
Select "Internet Options.".
Click on the "General" tab if it isn't selected.
Under the heading "Browsing history", click on "Delete...".
Click on "Cookies" checkbox if checkbox is not checked.
If you have set EzRewards website as a favorite website, uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data".
Click on "Delete" to begin deleting your cookies.

Internet Explorer 6
Click on the "Tools" menu.
Select "Internet Options.".
Click on the "General" tab if it isn't selected.
Under the heading "Temporary Internet files", click on "Delete Cookies...".
Click "OK" for the "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?" prompt.
Click "OK" to exit.

01. Who can enjoy TapForMore Rewards Programme?

All PAssion ez-link Card Members are included in the programme automatically without having to sign up again.

02. What is the TapForMore Rewards Programme?

The TapForMore Rewards Programme is a customer-benefits programme for all PAssion
ez-link Card Members. With the PAssion ez-link Card, you can earn and redeem TapForMore points and enjoy instant price-off purchase, attractive vouchers and/or items when you shop at any Cold Storage, Market Place, Shop N Save, Giant Hypermarket, and Guardian Health & Beauty stores under the Dairy Farm Group in Singapore only.

03. How does the TapForMore Rewards Programme work?

When you present your PAssion ez-link Card at the checkout counter of any participating store, TapForMore points awarded for eligible purchases will be issued and stored in our system.

For every $1 spent at our participating stores, you will be awarded with one (1) TapForMore point. These TapForMore points can subsequently be used to redeem instant price-off purchases, attractive vouchers and/or items at our participating stores.

Eligible purchases exclude online purchases at www.coldstorage.com.sg, Guardian Departure Transit Lounge East T1 and Budget Terminal, purchases done at self-checkout counters, statutory services and products, The Choice vouchers, newspapers, magazines, tobacco and infant milk formula products.

04. Is a minimum amount of spending required before I am eligible to earn TapForMore points?

No, there is no minimum spend required to qualify for TapForMore points.

05. Is there an annual TapForMore rewards programme participating fee?

There is no participating fee required for now.

06. Who can I call for general enquiries on the TapForMore rewards programme or on matters related
to my points transactions?

TapForMore points FAQs

01. How and where can I earn and redeem TapForMore points?

You can earn and redeem TapForMore points when you shop at any of our participating stores. You are required to produce your PAssion ez-link Card at the point of checkout to earn TapForMore points. TapForMore points may only be awarded to cardholders who make the purchase(s) personally at the point-of-sale.

Redemption of the points is calculated based on 1500 points for S$10 redemption. However, micro-redemption is allowed.

When you present your Card personally at the checkout counter, the amount of TapForMore points required for redemption is deducted through your Card via the terminal. The transaction is recorded on the receipt. You can readily redeem your TapForMore points at any of the participating stores.

02. How can I check my TapForMore points balance?

Your TapForMore points balance will be printed on the receipt every time you shop at any participating stores of the Dairy Farm Group in Singapore.

03. How often will the TapForMore points records be updated in your system?

The TapForMore points transaction from participating stores will be updated daily. However, the updates will only be reflected in our system on the following working day.

04. What is the minimum number of TapForMore points required before I can redeem?

Redemption of TapForMore points is based on 1500 points for S$10. However, there is no minimum number of TapForMore points required for redemption as micro-redemption is allowed. As long as your balance points in your account are valid, you can use it to offset any amount of your purchase at the participating stores.

05. When will the TapForMore points expire?

The TapForMore points earned in a calendar year will expire on 31 December of that year. However, members are given an additional six (6) months' grace period to redeem their TapForMore points. Cold Storage Singapore (1983) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the validity period of the TapForMore points. TapForMore points not redeemed by the expiry date shall automatically expire. The TapForMore points shall expire when the membership lapses.

06. Can I get retroactive claim of points with my PAssion ez-link card and receipt?

The PAssion ez-link card must be presented at the checkout point of the participating stores to earn TapForMore points. We are unable to credit the points to your account for previous purchases.

07. Can I redeem my points at any participating store or do I have to go back to the respective stores
for redemption?

You may redeem your points at any participating store of Dairy Farm Singapore regardless of where you earn your points as long as the points are still valid.

08. Can I combine the TapForMore points earned in the previous year with the current year's points earning for the purpose of redemption?

Yes. You may combine TapForMore points earned in different years for the purpose of redemption as long as they are valid.

09. Can I combine the TapForMore points earned in two PAssion ez-link Cards?

No. The PAssion ez-link Card is designated for individual use. No merging or transfer of points is allowed.

10. Can I change my mind on my redemption if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?

No. Redemption of points cannot be reversed once processed. After the Redemption process is completed. Rewards may not be exchanged; refunds for or replacements of Rewards will not be entertained.
