To start earning Pets’ Station Rewards points, simply sign up for EzRewards at www.ezrewards.com.sg or at Pets’ Station outlets. Only registered EzRewards members are immediately eligible for Pets’ Station Rewards points. |
What is Pets' Station Rewards?
Pets’ Station Rewards Programme is a customer-benefits programme for all EzRewards members. With your registered concession/ ez-link card, you can earn and redeem Pets’ Station Rewards points and enjoy instant price-off your purchases when you shop at any Pets’ Station outlet in Singapore. |
How does Pets' Station Rewards work?
Present and tap your registered concession/ ez-link card at checkout and you will be awarded with Pets’ Station Rewards points for eligible purchases.
• For every $1 spent at Pets’ Station outlets, you will be awarded with one (1) Pets’ Station Rewards point. These Pets’ Station Rewards points can subsequently be used to redeem for instant price-off purchase at Pet's Station outlets. (Normal Price item at $1 to 1 point and Promotional Price item at $10 to 1 point).
- Pets’ Station Rewards points are not applicable to purchases of the following brands: Friskies, Snappy Tom, Whiskas, Snappy, Divine, Fancy Feast, Pedigree, Cesar, Fussie Cat, Heartguard, Panalog, Baneocin, Revolution; subject to change.
- Livestock and pets such as Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Hamsters and other live animals are not eligible for Pets’ Station Rewards points.
- Purchases made through the home delivery service (63631121) and online shopping portal (www.petsstation.com.sg) are not eligible for Pets’ Station Rewards points.

Can I still earn Pets' Station Rewards points if I failed to present my concession/ ez-link card?
No. To qualify for Pets' Station Rewards points, you will need to present and tap your EzRewards registered concession/ ez-link card at the point of purchase. Hence, please remember to bring along your concession/ ez-link card every time you shop at Pets’ Station outlets. |
Can I use my existing concession/ ez-link card to earn Pets' Station Rewards points?
Yes. To use your existing concession/ ez-link card to earn Pets’ Station Rewards points, simply register that card for EzRewards at www.ezrewards.com.sg. |
What should I do if my concession/ ez-link card is damaged, lost or stolen?
You can use the de-link function to de-register damage / lost / stolen concession/ ez-link cards from your account.
Kindly note that once concession/ ez-link card is de-linked, past transactions details cannot be retrieved. All points tagged to the de-linked concession/ ez-link card will also be forfeited.
Please also remember to inform TransitLink at 1800-2255663 if your concession/ ez-link card is lost or stolen.

About Pets' Station Rewards points Usage
How and where can I earn and redeem Pets' Station Rewards points?
You can earn and redeem Pets’ Station Rewards points when you shop at any of Pets’ Station outlets operating in Singapore. You are required to present and tap your registered concession/ ez-link card at the checkout to earn Pets’ Station Rewards points. Pets’ Station Rewards points may only be awarded to cardholders who make the purchase(s) personally at point-of-sale.
Every 20 Pet’s Station Rewards points can be redeemed for $1 off your next purchase. When you present your concession/ ez-link card personally at the check-out counter, the amount of Pets’ Station Rewards points required for redemption will be deducted through your concession/ ez-link card via the terminal. The transaction will be recorded on the receipt. You can readily redeem your Pets’ Station Rewards points at any of Pets’ Station outlets on your subsequent purchase. |
How can I check my Pets' Station Rewards points balance?
Your Pets’ Station Rewards points balance will be printed on the receipt every time you shop at any Pets’ Station outlet in Singapore. You can also login to your EzRewards account to view your latest points balance. |
How often will the Pets' Station Rewards points be updated in your system?
Each Pets’ Station Rewards point’s transaction will be updated daily. However, the updates will only be reflected after 48 hours. |
What is the minimum number of Pets' Station Rewards points required before I can redeem?
No minimum number of points is required for redemption. Redemption of points is calculated based on 20 points for $1 off purchase. The balance points in your account are still valid, you can use it to off-set any amount off your purchase at Pets’ Station outlets. |
When will the Pets' Station Rewards points expire?
Pets’ Station Rewards points earned in a calendar year will expire on the 31 December of that year. However, members are given an additional six (6) months´ grace period to redeem their Pets’ Station Rewards points. Pets’ Station Holding Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the validity period of the Pets’ Station Rewards points. Pets’ Station Rewards points not redeemed by the expiry date shall automatically expire. Pets’ Station Rewards points shall expire when the membership lapse. |
Can I redeem my Pets' Station Rewards points at any outlet or do I have to go back to the regular outlet for redemption?
You may redeem your points at any Pets’ Station outlet regardless of where you earn your points as long as the points are still valid. |
Can I combine the Pets' Station Rewards points earned in the previous year with the current year's points earning for the purpose of redemption?
Yes. You may combine Pets’ Station Rewards points earned in different years for the purpose of redemption as long as they are valid. |
Can I combine the Pets' Station Rewards points earned in two concession/ ez-link cards?
No. As the Pets' Station Rewards programme is meant to reward individual customers, no merging or transfer of points is allowed. |
Can I change my mind on my redemption if I am dissatisfied with my purchase?
No. Redemption of Pets’ Station Rewards points cannot be reversed once processed. After redemption process is completed, Pets’ Station Rewards points may not be exchanged; refunds for or replacements of Pets’ Station Rewards points will not be entertained. |
